Dream Act? Or Yet Another Washington Nightmare?

Harry Reid is trying to convince Congress and The People that his 'Dream Act' bill will be good for everyone.

In what world?

He claims that these poor youngsters were brought here as small children by their illegal parents (through no fault of their own), and this is the only life they've ever known.

So what Reid is actually saying is We The People have been paying for these illegal aliens for decades, and now he wants them to have more.

What is it about illegal that Harry Reid doesn't understand?

And why now? Why is this issue suddenly so urgent? Reid knows we're in the middle of a recession and trying to cut spending. So why would he propose another $6B annual spending bill on America right now?

What's wrong with requiring these youngsters to become legal immigrants like all before them--instead of offering yet another free hand-out?

I think something smells in Washington--and it's coming from Harry Reid's office.

Congress Needs To Start Living In The Real World

Those in Washington honestly believe that a tax hike to the rich wouldn't affect jobs. Whoever taught them about economics should be fired.

The naive believers in 'Washington economics' say Bush didn't create jobs when he kept tax cuts in place for ten years.

Excuse me?

Until it became apparent that Obama was going to be elected president, the unemployment rate was at 5%. Most everyone had a job. The economy was sluggish, but we weren't nearly bankrupt.

After Obama was elected, unemployment went up to 7%. No viable company wants to hire in an uncertain environment.

Then Obama (and Pelosi) pushed through a health care reform bill that no one wanted except Obama and 'his' congress--and unemployment skyrocketed to neary 10%.

And it's stayed there because every month there is another push for more spending, more taxes, another bid for amnesty, bailouts, and on and on.

Yet those in Congress can't admit they've made some terrible mistakes. And worse, they've done nothing to correct them. The only things they have done in Washington has been to help their financial backers and try to give money and a vote to those who bypassed our immigration laws and entered this country illegally.

Our government has become destructive to The People.

Washington apparently hasn't read the Declaration of Independence. They don't grasp the fact that we can 'abolish' and 'replace' a destructive government anytime we choose.

Our Elected Officials Only Have Power As Long As We The People Allow Them The Priviledge

Somewhere along the line, our President, Congress, Senators, and Legislators didn't grasp the part of their schooling about being representatives of The People.

They didn't understand (and still don't) that they only have power as long as We The People allow it.

This whole election uproar is because the men and women we elected to represent us refused to listen when we spoke. Who on earth convinced them that they knew what was best for us?

They ignored our voice and spent outrageous amounts of OUR money, passed destructive bills that we voiced (very loudly) that we didn't want, they put our country and people at risk by failing to do their job by securing the borders, and the President even ignored our representatives to pass executive orders that no one wanted. What kind of government does this?

Not ours.

Obama wanted change, but the change was for Washington.

We demand change, and we will have it...for America, not politicians.

And no one will stand in our way to make this country whole again.

Harry Reid In Voter Fraud Scandal

Reid's supporters, SEIU, were in charge of setting up the voting machines in Nevada. Strangely, as voters went to their machines to cast their ballots, Harry Reid's name was already checked.

As soon as the story was reported on the airways, oddly enough, the check mark disappeared, and Clark County, NV claimed the people (several of them) who reported this anomaly had made a mistake.

I'm sure they did. But isn't in convenient that the machines miraculously corrected themselves before the authorities got there to check them?

Another Dem ploy? Probably. Their only concern is the power of their party...not what The People want. Bad mistake. They've forgotten that they work for us, not their party--and we can fire them.

There is something seriously wrong with the thought process of the current congress. Why else would they even consider passing bills without reading them? If they think they're too long, then the decision-makers should wait until they can find the time to read them before making such an enormous, life-altering decision. What was the hurry anyway? To give Obama what he considered to be a feather in his cap? Too bad it fell out.

This election isn't about parties and issues as much as it's about saving our county from radical extremists who follow Obama's dream of a world order, one that does not include the freedoms we enjoy.

I can't believe how much money the Union bosses are spending on Dems. Last I heard, its at 87.5 million, in addition to the 50 million the Dems themselves are spending. And bussing voters to re-elect Dems? Why? Are they that desperate?

Today I read of your administrations' plan to re-define September 11 as
a National Service Day. Sir, it's time we had a talk.

During your campaign, Americans watched as you made mockery of our
tradition of standing and crossing your heart when the Pledge of Allegiance
was spoken. You, out of four people on the stage, were the only one not
honoring our tradition.
YES, "We noticed."

During one of your many speeches, Americans heard you say that you
intended to visit all 57 states. We all know that Islam, not America has 57 states.
YES, "We noticed."

When President Bush leaned over at Ground Zero and gently placed a
flower on the memorial, while you nonchalantly tossed your flower onto
the pile without leaning over.
YES, "We noticed."

Every time you apologized to other countries for America 's position on
an issue we have wondered why you don't share our pride in this great
country.. When you have heard foreign leaders berate our country and
our beliefs, you have not defended us. In fact, you insulted the
British Crown beyond belief.

When your pastor of 20 years, "God-damned America " and said that
9/11 was " America 's chickens coming home to roost" and you denied

When you announced that you would transform America , we wondered
why. With all her faults, America is the greatest country on earth.

Illinois and from what we can glean from the records available, not a
very remarkable one.

All through your campaign and even now, you have surrounded
yourself with individuals who are basically unqualified for the
positions for which you appointed them. Worse than that, the majority
of them are people who, like you, bear no special allegiance, respect, or
affection for this country and her traditions.

You are 14 months into your term and every morning millions of
Americans wake up to a new horror heaped on us by you. You seek to
saddle working Americans with a health care/insurance reform package
that, along with cap and trade, will bankrupt this nation.

in favor of these crippling expenditures and we are labeled

They have wanted to censure or control the internet since they found out how powerful it is.

Since Obama’s poll ratings are in the toilet, he had to get someone else to speak for him, someone who motivates crowds.

Don't get me wrong. I like Bill Clinton, and so do the crowds. But Bill has an ulterior motive. He isn’t doing this for the Democratic Party. He’s not even doing this for America. He’s trying to keep the Dems in power so Hillary will have a shot at president in 2012.

How sad that the Dems can’t run on their own accomplishments. Oh, wait. I forgot. There haven’t been any. In fact, the only things the Democrats have done have been against The People.

I wonder exactly who is paying all of Bill’s expenses while he’s on the campaign trail? And who was paying for Obama’s?

No matter how many times, or how many ways we say it, the Dems still don’t understand that they are destroying our country, our economy, and America’s international reputation by spending us into a debt from which we cannot recover.

One of their favorite sayings is; “If we hadn’t spent this money, the economy would have been much worse.” Really? Says who, the economic committee that’s been fired because they were doing such a lousy job?

The truth is, if the Congressional majority (Dems) had; “Voted out bills like health care and financial reform (that no one wanted), reduced unnecessary government positions, stopped non-vital grants, given job incentives to small businesses (instead of bailouts to major corporations), and curtailed government spending, we’d most likely be out of the recession by now.”

We can't let them continue for another term.

For the sake of all Americans, present and future, we’ve got to take back our country.

Obama And His Congress Have Forgotten Something

In the last two years, Obama and 'his' congress have forgotten that they are in office to represent the people, not to control them, or dictate to them, or ignore their voices.

Now Obama has lost most of his economic team, which is a good thing since they didn't have a clue as to how to improve the economy. I hope Obama learned something from this. Stop letting your friends help you run the country. They're failing. Get some real economists, with years of experience (not in government), and listen to them. Then ask The People (not congress) before making a sensible decision.

Everyone who said (during the election) that Obama didn't have enough experience to be President, was absolutely right.

The only things that have grown in this economy under the Obama administrations is his ego...and the government.

His overgrown ego is his problem, but the government needs to back off. They need to stay out of our homes and stop telling us what to do. The foods we eat or feed our children are our choices, not Michelle Obama's. The punishments with which we choose to correct our children are our choices, not those of the CPS. What is taught to our children in school is our choice, not the decision of some bias, misguided, government-run school board.

Leave our health care system alone until you have a real plan that works. Not some 2,000 page bill that's filled with pork for your special interest contributors.

Leave our lands alone. They are not yours to do with as you wish.

Stay out of our homes and our lives, Washington. You are our representatives, not our dictators.

I sincerely hope that, after November, our 'new' congress will stop trying to do all things at once like Obama has, and take one issue at a time, starting with the economy. I hope they will stop listening to Obama's power speeches and start listening to the people.

Democrats Are Trying To Buy Their Way Back Into Office

The Democrats are trying very hard to make the public forget they are spending $20 million dollars to buy their way back into congress.

They don't realize that there isn't enough money on the planet to make American's forget how they ignored our voice, how they passed bills we were against, how they have become so self-serving and arrogant that no country would want them in a leadership position.

Even an inexperienced person, with a questionable past is better than what we have.

Speaking of questionable pasts. Christine O'Donnell isn't the only one who didn't pay her college tuition on time. Word is, the prez and first lady didn't pay theirs until he was running for president.

The Media And Dems Still Don't Get It

No matter how many times or ways we say it, the Media and Dems still don't understands. The Tea Party isn't about Democrats or Republicans.

It's about eradicating the current Congress; the one that’s been in office for decades, through several presidents (even the Bush era), and is still making the same mistakes. The elected officials who know all the loopholes and methods to use America's tax dollars to their benefit (especially when it comes to raises and perks).

The Congress that refuses to listen to The People.

Maybe if the Congress would take just a few minutes out of their hectic day (campaigning?) and read the 2nd paragraph of The Declaration of Independence (the transcript), they would understand.

They are only in office as long as we allow them to be, and it's our right as Americans to abolish a destructive government.

We plan to exorcise that right in November.

Our Economy Is Going To Collapse

If we don't repeal health care and financial reform, freeze government bailouts, stop government spending, cut back on government wages (from the state level up to the President), scale down on staff, unnecessary position, and consolidate departments, our economy is going to collapse.

Right now, the White House wants to bailout the Unions. Why? The Unions took their members' money and used it to back their chosen political candidates in every election. Did they think the money would never run out? I think it's time the Unions took on some responsibility. Their members paid for a service, and the Unions spent the money. It's up to the Union bosses to make it right. Not the American public.

The congressmen we've had for decades are still making the same mistakes. They passed a 2300 page financial reform bill (another one they didn't read), that's filled with pork and special interests. The bill creates so many departments within the government, they can't even count them all. And who pays for this?

The government is desperately trying to hang onto the health care bill, but not to help The People. That 2000 page bill is another bill that's packed with pork and special interests. If they lose the bill, they lose support of those groups.

That's what's wrong with our government. Everything is about getting re-elected and nothing about The People or running our country responsibly.

For the sake of our nation, it's imperative that we VOTE OUT ALL INCUMBENTS and take back America.

Congress Receives Obama's Kenyan Birth Certificate

On Sept. 8, 2010 every memeber of congress received a certified copy of Obama's Kenyan birth certificate.

Why haven't they done anything?

If congress is sworn to uphold the constitution, and fails to take action by removing Obama from office because of his ineligibility, then congress should also be removed from office as traitors to the United States.

House Republicans are collecting photos from citizens showing how the Obama administration is using nearly $200 million in taxpayer money to plaster every possible highway with signs touting how stimulus cash is "Putting America to Work" with infrastructure projects.

We Need To Take Some Power Away From Obama

Obama has entirely too much power and not enough sense.

We need to take away the power of 'executive orders'(when he wants to override congress), the power for him to 'appoint' whoever he wants to cabinet posts (his czars?), the power to override a court ruling (the Black Panthers?), the power to sue a state for following the federal law (Arizona), the power for him push through bills he knows the people do not want (health care, financial reform, cash for clunkers, bailouts, etc).

Maybe if he read the 2nd paragraph of the Declaration of Independence he and congress would understand a little better:

Our forefathers were very wise men. They could forsee the egos of man when he came into power, that's why they included this particular section in the Declaration of Independence.

Obama needs to understand that he only has the right to 'govern' as long as we allow him to--and that right is limited by the voice of The People.

The Mosque

President Obama is all for the Mosque. He says he's for freedom of religion.

But aren't Muslims taught to hate all Americans? In fact, aren't they taught to kill Americans?

Why are they being allowed to build any type of building on American soil, much less near ground zero. Why are they even allowed in America at all? They are a security threat.

Something about this isn't right.

What Will Obama Say?

The upcoming speech from Obama should be interesting if not productive.

I imagine he will blame Bush again (or hint at it). He'll have a plan to 'help' the homeowners who are losing their home (by using more taxpayer money). He'll have a plan to stimulate job growth, by spending more money, although he'll say it's just redistribution of money we already have. But no matter how he says it, or where it comes from, he wants to spend more money.

He will not say he's repealing health care (the real reason businesses don't want to hire), but I hope he does agree to extend Bush's tax cuts without raising them in other areas.

The worse part is, next month, when businesses do start temporary hiring for the holidays, Obama will say his plan is working. That's really sad.

For some reason, this administration just can't seem to understand that growth in the economy, regardless of what economic advisors say, cannot happen if the government keeps spending money and/or raising taxes. Business owners will not hire in such and uncertain economy.

Here are some ideas that have been tossed around by We The People to get our country and government back on track. Nearly all those involved are in agreement with these ideas and want to see them implemented.


1. Repeal health care & financial reform


2. Secure borders—then tackle immigration reform


3. Leave Bush tax cuts in place


4. Freeze all bailouts, including money not yet spent


5. Stop non-vital research grants until economy recovers


6. Adjust congressional thinking (no business is too big to fail)


7. Audit & adjust state salaries


8. Audit state lottery monies


9. Enforce the Declaration of Independence (the right to abolish a destructive government)


10. Audit gasoline tax expenditures


11. Audit & adjust salaries of congressmen, senators, representatives and presidential admin.


12. No budget for individual housing or rent payments for government officials


13. No budget for First family clothes, vacations, and personal parties. Audit White House Expenses


14. Audit expenditures of all tax monies collected, income, licenses, fees, permits, etc.

Illegal Aliens Cost American's $583 Billion A Year

Why Is Congress Debating Over Extending Bush's Tax Cuts?

Anyone with any sense at all knows we cannot afford to let the tax cuts expire. Our economy is on the edge of a cliff and on wrong move could send us tumbling into oblivion.

I'm still wondering why congress doesn't repeal the health care bill? We cannot afford this bill, we couldn't from the beginning, yet congress let it pass. Then they wonder why we plan to VOTE OUT ALL INCUMBENTS.

Any body of lawmakers who don't even bother to read a bill before passing it, and refuse to listen to The People, even when they've loudly voiced their opposition, shouldn't be in our government.

We are fed up with Washington's 'business as usual'. We refused to elect anymore career politicians. We want genuine leaders who will do what's best for our country and the people, not what will satisfy some deep-pocket benefactor.

Developers Lied To Officials About Owning Mosque Land

According to a news article in the NY Post on Aug 8, 2010:

The developers of the controversial mosque proposed near Ground Zero own only half the site where they want to construct the $100 million building.

One of the two buildings on Park Place is owned by Con Edison, even though Soho Properties told officials and the public that it owns the entire parcel. And any potential sale by Con Ed faces a review by the state Public Service Commission.

“We never heard anything about Con Ed whatsoever,” said a stunned Julie Menin, the chairwoman of Community Board 1, which passed a May resolution supporting the mosque.

Okay, we know the mosque not fully owned by Soho, and any sale from Con Edison will have to go through the Public Service Commission. So, why, after the city of NY offered Soho Properties state land (in a less volatile location), and financial help, would they refuse?

Is it because a move to a new location would cause them to lose the "In your face, America" impact?

Then there's the problem of laws.... Many Muslim men marry girls under the age of 10. The legal age in America is 18. Whose law will prevail? And how will it be enforce it?

Allowing this Mosque to be built is wrong, and we all know it. When is someone in Washington DC going to step up to the plate and stop this desecration of our laws and our country?

We got word today that jobless numbers are up and jobs added are down. So what does Obama do? He goes on television telling everyone things are getting better.

Obama claims the 800+ billions in bailout money are helping the economy. He brags that 6,000 jobs were created by the bailout.

Really? That's it? These companies received billions and they only added 6,000 jobs?

That's pathetic, and the worse part of this whole thing is Obama actually believes this is good.

No wonder no one will admit to voting for him. But I doubt they'll make that mistake again.

In the meantime (in November), 'his' congress is going to be booted. No matter how good or likeable that senator or representative might be, they still voted in bills the public opposed.

Democrats Don't Believe They Have Anything To Worry About In November

What arrogance. Of course, that's been their problem all along. Dems believe they are above the law. They blame every problem that crops up on the previous administrations.

Has it ever occurred to anyone that the ‘previous administrations’ had the same congress? They are career politicians who long ago forgot they are the ‘Servants’ not the ‘Lords’ of The People.

They are so self-involved that they have completely missed what The People are trying to do. This isn’t a personal fight against Democrats. It’s a fight against a corrupt congress (most of which are Democrats).

We don’t care if you’re Democrat or Republican. We care that you are one of the corrupt career politicians whose deep pocket contributors may or may not even be Americans, and whose interests supersede the common sense and clear-thinking rationale of what were once decent men and women whose only goal was to make a better America.

Too bad greed got in the way. November is only three months away, and We The People intend to take back America--and replace this corrupt, self-serving government with people who genuinely care about our country.

1. Representatives who will not believe they know what’s best without the input of The People.

2. Congressmen and women who will pass a term limit law for congress, allowing them to serve only two terms.

3. One’s who will abolish (except in a warfare emergency) the president’s right to pass laws with ‘executive orders’, or any other law that allows him/her to bypass congress.

4. A Congress that will not pass laws against the will of The People.

5. Representatives who will repeal a law if it is what the majority of The People want.

6. A Congress that will not pass a bill until they have read it in its entirety--and fully understand the proposed law and its implications.

7. A body of lawmakers who will swiftly suspend anyone suspected of violating the ethics or laws of our nation, and if found guilty, expel and punish the perpetrator immediately.

These are the leaders of our nation. They cannot be corrupt or bias. Their only goal should be to listen to the people and follow the Constitution. There can no longer be one person or one group of people who have a right to force their beliefs onto others.

This is America, and it is governed by The People and for The People.

Obama & His Congress Still Don't Get It

We The People have said over and over again, less government, no more bills, no more spending.

But Washington just doesn't get it. This Financial Overhaul Reform Bill is just another example of out-of-control government. They are litterally trying to take control of free enterprise.

Washington is pushing The People toward an all out revolt.

They tell us this bill will be good, it will protect us. From whom? Or better yet, who is going to protect us from the Obama Administration?

If congress doesn't veto this bill, the American people will see that they are replaced at every turn.

They are U.S. Reps. Jo Ann Emerson of Missouri, Frank Wolf of Virginia, George Radanovich of California, Steve Austria of Ohio, Greg Walden of Oregon, Frank D. Lucas of Oklahoma, Adrian Smith of Nebraska and Jeff Fortenberry of Nebraska, and they are the latest members of Congress to sign on to a plan to repeal Obamacare.

Its goal is to "pull out by the roots" the legislation that, among other things, will require citizens to provide their "Body Mass Index" rating to the government and purchase "government-approved" health insurance whether they want it or not.

WND reported on the plan by U.S. Rep. Steve King, R-Iowa, last week when his discharge petition had the support of 109 members of the House, exactly half the minimum it would need to advance.

There now are 133.

The proposal states: "Pursuant to clause 2 of rule XV, I, Steve King of Iowa, move to discharge the Committees on Energy and Commerce, Ways and Means, Education and Labor, the Judiciary, Natural Resources, Rules, House Administration and Appropriations from the consideration of the bill (H.R. 4972) to repeal the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, which was referred to said committees on March 25, 2010, in support of which motion the undersigned Members of the House of Representatives affix their signatures."

A good article. A good sign. Call your representatives. Ask them to come on board to repeal Obamacare. America just can't afford the astronomical price right now.

Obama Is Hurting Hispanics, The NAACP And The Black Community

Stirring up the Hispanics and the NAACP is all Obama has left. He's failed at everything else, so he doesn't have any accomplishments to brag about during the upcoming election campaigns. The only card left in his hand is the racial card--and he'll use it any way he can. He'll get his friends and acquaintances and loyal followers to use the card at every opportunity.

NASA Confirmed As New Muslim “Outreach” Organization

The Obama Administration and Congress will do anything to switch the focus away from the sagging polls and atrocious job their doing in Washington. Not to mention the nation-breaking bills (such as CAP & Trade) they're trying to sneak through while they think we're preoccupied.

McDonald's Lawsuit Is Juvenile And Foolish

This is America. The land of FREE ENTERPRISE. Now some cockamimi group wants to sue McDonald's because they offer toys in their Happy Meals? What a joke. The folks at CSPI are completely off the table with this one. Or they're just looking for their 15 minutes of fame.

No one forces parents to take their little ones to McDonalds. And they certainly don't force them to buy Happy Meals for the kids. I raised 5 children, and yes, we had McDonald's Happy Meals on occasion. But that didn't dictate a life-style. It didn't harm my children, nor was the toy a motive.

The people at Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI) are one of many groups who are using hard-earned taxpayer dollars for nonsense issues. The government nor any of their 'special interest' offshoots are going to tell the American people what to eat.

We've had enough of wasteful government spending. And we've definitely had enough of government intrusion in our personal lives.

How dare Barrack Obama and Eric Holder force the courts to dismiss the charges against the Black Panther’s for intimidating voters at the polls. What kind of bias, self-serving, racist government is this?

Democrats Seeking ‘Macaca’ Moments

The Democratic National Committee has launched a website to recruit and display embarrassing video and audio of Republican candidates taken by ordinary citizens at public events. The DNC is seeking to record “macaca” moments, according to Politico a reference to an utterance by Sen. George Allen during his unsuccessful 2006 re-election campaign.

On Aug. 11, 2006, at a campaign stop in Breaks, Va., Allen twice used the word “macaca” in reference to S.R. Sidath, a 20-year-old of Indian ancestry who was a volunteer in the campaign of Allen’s Democratic opponent Jim Webb. The word is said to be a derogatory term for a North African. Allen’s mother grew up in Tunisia.

The flap resulting from the remark surely cost Allen votes in what turned out to be an extremely close race, and torpedoed Allen’s chances for the 2008 Republican presidential nomination. Now the Democrats are evidently hoping to record similar slip-ups that campaigns and journalists can use in ads and news coverage, Politico reports.

The site was launched Tuesday with a mass e-mail from DNC Research Director Shauna Daly, with the subject line “The Accountability Project: Hold Republicans accountable.”

The e-mail notes that the “macaca” incident was “just one moment. Who knows that else is being said when the cameras aren’t running? We don’t but we sure wish we did. “That’s where the new ‘Accountability Project’ comes in. It’s a platform for citizens to document Republican candidates and their public statements at local events, as well as their campaign tactics. The Accountability Project allows you to submit videos, recordings and other items for publication online.”

The site also states: “If you hear of any upcoming public events for Republican candidates in your area, you can let everyone know, so that other concerned citizens can get out there. “The project will enable folks to keep track of Republican candidates running for every office, up and down the ballot.”

What dispicable tactics. No wonder we want to VOTE OUT ALL INCUMBENTS.

Obama Is Lying About Economy

In the president's quick speech this morning, Obama boasted that there was a large increase in jobs during the last quarter, but they were temporary census jobs. Now he's claiming there is job growth in the private sector. Really? Since when? SHOW ME THE ACTUAL NUMBERS. Any tiny increase in anything to do with the economy, Obama touts it like it's a major victory. He's lying to the American public.

His plan for the helping the economy tanked, yet he cannot force himself to admit he was wrong in the bailouts, wrong in the Health Care Reform, and now he wants immigration reform rather than border control. He is ignoring the law, trying to allow 11-18 million more jobs to be taken out of our economy so the Democrats can get votes.

Why is this person still in the White House? Why is this Congress still making our laws? Since Obama took office, he and 'his' Congress have done more damage to America and its economy than any other administration.

For the sake of our nation, we have got to unseat them.

Clinton And Obama Disagree On Colorado's Candidate

Bill Clinton is one of the few people I've seen in the Obama administration that's actually using his head. Clinton listens to what the people are saying. He knows that most incumbents will be voted out in November.

Obama feels The People aren't intelligent enough know what they want, so his strategy is to water a dead horse.

Clinton got a new one.

Can Obama Be Indited On Charges Of Manslaughter?

I have a question for our Legal Eagles.

From what I understand, it is the president' job to secure our borders, and to promptly stop any invasion from a foriegn country.

Arizona Governor, Jan Brewer, asked (and in some cases begged) Obama to secure the border against the infiltration of Mexico (a foriegn country). The president ignored her for his own personal gain.

This has been going on for months. During that time, several people have died because of the lack of border security by our own government.

My question:

Since Obama is directly responsible for the deaths of these people, can he be indited and charged with manslaughter?

President Guilty Of Felony

According to the Federal Immigration and Nationality Act, Section 8 USC 1324(a)(1)(A)(iv)(b)(iii), our own president is in violation.

The act states: "Any person who . . . encourages or induces an alien to . . . reside . . . knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such . . . residence is . . . in violation of law, shall be punished as provided . . . for each alien in respect to whom such a violation occurs . . . fined under title 18 . . . imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both."

Section 274 felonies under the federal Immigration and Nationality Act, INA 274A(a)(1)(A):

A person (including a group of persons, business, organization, or government) commits a federal felony when she or he:

* assists an alien s/he should reasonably know is illegally in the U.S. or who lacks employment authorization, by transporting, sheltering, or assisting him or her to obtain employment, or

* encourages that alien to remain in the U.S. by referring him or her to an employer or by acting as employer or agent for an employer in any way, or

* knowingly assists illegal aliens due to personal convictions.

Penalties upon conviction include criminal fines, imprisonment, and forfeiture of vehicles and real property used to commit the crime. Anyone employing or contracting with an illegal alien without verifying his or her work authorization status is guilty of a misdemeanor. Aliens and employers violating immigration laws are subject to arrest, detention, and seizure of their vehicles or property. In addition, individuals or entities who engage in racketeering enterprises that commit (or conspire to commit) immigration-related felonies are subject to private civil suits for treble damages and injunctive relief.

Recruitment and Employment of Illegal Aliens:
It is unlawful to hire an alien, to recruit an alien, or to refer an alien for a fee, knowing the alien is unauthorized to work in the United States.

It is equally unlawful to continue to employ an alien knowing that the alien is unauthorized to work. Employers may give preference in recruitment and hiring to a U.S. citizen over an alien with work authorization only where the U.S. citizen is equally or better qualified. It is unlawful to hire an individual for employment in the United States without complying with employment eligibility verification requirements.

Requirements include examination of identity documents and completion of Form I-9 for every employee hired. Employers must retain all I-9s, and, with three days' advance notice, the forms must be made available for inspection. Employment includes any service or labor performed for any type of remuneration within the United States, with the exception of sporadic domestic service by an individual in a private home.

Day laborers or other casual workers engaged in any compensated activity (with the above exception) are employees for purposes of immigration law. An employer includes an agent or anyone acting directly or indirectly in the interest of the employer.

IT IS ILLEGAL FOR NONPROFIT OR RELIGIOUS ORGANIZATIONS to knowingly assist an employer to violate employment sanctions, REGARDLESS OF CLAIMS THAT THEIR CONVICTIONS REQUIRE THEM TO ASSIST ALIENS. Harboring or aiding illegal aliens is not protected by the First Amendment. It is a felony to establish a commercial enterprise for the purpose of evading any provision of federal immigration law. Violators may be fined or imprisoned for up to five years.

Encouraging and Harboring Illegal Aliens:
It is a violation of law for any person to conceal, harbor, or shield from detection in any place, including any building or means of transportation, any alien who is in the United States in violation of law. HARBORING MEANS ANY CONDUCT THAT TENDS TO SUBSTANTIALLY FACILITATE AN ALIEN TO REMAIN IN THE U.S. ILLEGALLY.


We The People should bring Obama up on charges and see that he is prosecuted for each and every single immigrant that has crossed our borders because of his deliberate dereliction of duty, which is an actual act of aiding illegal alien’s entry into our country.

Obama has done enough evading and deliberately disregarding the border issue for political gain. It's time to prosecute him. Nothing anyone does will restore our economy until the illegal alien issue is not only controlled, but reversed.

Obama Bombs

Did everyone see the speech last night? It seemed as if Obama expected to be on top of the world this morning with people sympathizing with his efforts and praising his insight.

Sorry Obama.

The polls show 89% of the people thought his speech bombed. He offered no genuine plans, no solid solutions. Just talk. Most claimed it was just another opportunity for him to promote the Cap & Trade Tax and use the attention for PR press.

Obviously, America is fed up with his lies, his utter incompetence, his delegating problems to others, and his gross dereliction of duty. Not to mention outrageous spending.

Is dereliction of duty grounds for impeachment? Obama is certainly guilty of that, from the oil spill to securing our nations borders.

Obama's Pretty Speech To The Troops Was A Joke

Obama is now trying to take credit for forcing BP to pay for the oil spill. Where was he for the last month? BP has said over and over again that they will pay for everything.

But BO wants America to think he forced them into it. Does he think American's have had their heads buried in the sand for the last 57 days? We all know the truth.

He did nothing for the gulf until he was pushed into it. He has spent what little money we have foolishly and recklessly--and now he's asking for more to help the gulf (what happened to his 'firm hand' on BP?). He's used bribery and coersion to pass bills The People don't want. He refuses to send troops to protect American borders from invaders for political reasons. He and 'his' congess ignore the Constitution (unless it suits them), such as Ammendment 28, and US Constitution Article 4, Section 4.

Obama is too politically driven to even do his job. And no matter how much BO wants to smooze Mexico's President and court the Hispanic vote for his own gain, he is ultimately and totally guilty of 'dereliction of duty'.

Obama Is Still Playing Politician

Our leader is at the gulf trying to make a show of being in control of the oil spill (a little late and inadequately), and you can bet he will take credit for every postive step from this point forward. But, while he's concentrating on this issue, he's neglecting what's happening in the rest of the nation.

Our country is on the verge of economic collapse, yet our president does nothing to stop the influx of illegals who are adding daily to this economic crisis.

He is so desperate to re-elect 'his' congress, that he'll put the entire US at risk by trying to hang on to the Hispanic vote.

Obama must stop acting like a politician and start being a president. No more token show of support to the border states. He must actively and fully secure our borders and deport illegals. Now!

Then he must pass a major bill to heavily fine ($10,000 per employee) any employer who hires an illegal. On the second offense: double the fine and jail time if necessary. Third offense: revocation of license and seizure of all assets.

Obama needs to take genuine steps now, or resign.

Democrats Have Secret Plan for November

Political analysts are predicting a huge win for Republicans in November's congressional elections, but some Democrats believe they have a secret plan to stave off a crushing Republican landslide.

That’s the analysis from Newsweek magazine’s Andrew Romano, who writes that “the Democrats in charge are actually rather confident about getting their fellow Dems elected this year. The reason? They have a plan, a plan that they believe will produce much better results on Election Day than anyone expects.”

The first element of that plan is the return of Obama’s former campaign manager David Plouffe, who left politics after Obama’s election win. At the president’s request, he is now communicating on a regular basis with the Democratic National Committee on campaign strategy.

Plouffe’s top priority is to get many of the 15 million people who voted for the first time in 2008, and largely supported Obama, back to the polls this year. His main weapon is the 13-million-name e-mail list from the Obama campaign now available to the DNC.

The focus on individual elections for Democrats will be “keep it local,” according to Romano. “While Republicans hammer away at national themes targeted at right-wing activists, Democrats plan to focus on bread-and-butter regional concerns like jobs.”

Democrats also believe that the emergence of tea party challengers in GOP primaries will help their candidates attract moderate voters. A tea party candidate who wins the primary will drive moderates toward the Democrat in the general election, the thinking goes, and a tea partyer who loses will likely have forced the winning Republican to move further to the right and possibly alienate moderate voters.

Back in 1994, Democrats were unprepared for the GOP onslaught that captured both the Senate and the House, but that won’t happen in 2010, observes Romano, who concludes, “This year, careful planning, internal GOP conflict, an improving economic climate, and yet-to-be-introduced technologies have the potential to limit Democratic losses to less-than-catastrophic proportions.”

Can't Obama Multi-task?

It is possible for Obama to make a call to send real troops to secure our borders while setting up a meeting with the BP executives.

He's trying to keep America's eye focused soley on the oil spill, rather than on his failure to secure our borders from illegals, drug dealers, and terrorists. That required presidential act might tarnish his image in the Hispanic community.

Maybe he needs to be reminded that America didn't vote for a politician. We voted for a president. What we got was a corrupt, wild-spending pen pusher.

A Child Died Because Of Obama's Politics.

I was sorry to hear about that 15-year-old who was killed at the Texas border last night, and my heart goes out to his family.

This tragedy could have been avoided if our politically-driven president had put aside his own agenda long enough to send enough man-power to control the situation. Illegals will not try to cross the border where there's a strong military presence.

This has got to stop. No more smooth-talking Obamanomics. No more dying children. We need real actions by a real president.

Free Photo Ops For Obama

On the news, it showed Obama in LA, sitting at a table with a few locals, and listening to their problems concerning the oil spill and how their livelyhood is being destroyed, how their means to feed their families has been devastated.

Obama looks so sympathetic. But it's all for show. He ignored the pleas from these people for nearly 6 weeks--until his ratings started dropping, and America started pressuring him to do something.

Unfortunately, all he's done is go to LA three times, creating photo ops! In one, he's bending down, pinching the sand, looking sad. In another, he's nodding sympathetically, while a local explains that he's put money out of his own pocket to help his neighbors. What press for Obama!

But does he offer a check from the government that will help these folks now, knowing he can be reimbursed by BP later? Or does he offer money out of his own fat pockets? Not a chance.

Obama is down there to draw the media--and raise his ratings. The man still doesn't understand that the only thing transparent in our government is him.

I guess he thinks his outrage and anger and pointing the finger at BP and Hayward will cover his own lapse in tackling this problem. But, that's Obama. Always blaming someone else.

The single biggest issue in our country today--which directly affects the economy, is JOBS.

The lack of employment goes back to the fact that millions and millions of our jobs have been taken by illegal aliens.

Boycott Arizona? Buycott Arizona?

How about boycotting Mexico and all the turncoat American companies who jumped on the Mexican bandwagon when NAFTA passed.

No matter how many demonstrations occur, no matter how many boycotts (which are useless), and no matter how many protests, the fact still remains that illegal is illegal.

If the Hispanic people want to become American's they must go through the proper channels like all immigrants before them.

There is no racial profiling in Arizona. There is simply a matter of upholding the law. If anyone is stopped for any reason, they much show their ID. It doesn't matter what race or color they are. And to make an exception in the case of Hispanics would be discrimination.

There is no reason for America to 'make an exception' in their case, even though our politically motivated president would like to think so.

Obama has shown his true allegiance with this issue as with many others. He will do anything to advance his career, even ignore his presidential duties of securing our borders in order to hold onto the Hispanic vote. And somehow, (perhaps with bribery?) he's gotten our normally intelligent members of congress to follow mindlessly.

If Obama won't do his job because of his own political agenda, he needs to go. And so does congress.

Obama And White House Make Bill Clinton Their Fall Guy

Obama and the White House are trying to sell the public on the idea that they were simply having a 'good ole boy' discussion (around the oval office?) about Sestak, when someone suggested that Bill Clinton talk to Sestak about dropping out of the race.

They make it sound so innocent. Innocent? Not in this lifetime.

Most of those men, if not all, are attorneys. They know the law, and they knew that Bill Clintion couldn't be brought up on charges for offering a job he had no authority to give. But you can bet your last cent if Sestak had said yes, the White House would have graciously found him the position Clinton offered.

The Obama Administration must really think the people of America are stupid.

You know the old saying: "Everyone loves a charade." Well, it seems that the Census Bureau may be playing games. Last week, one of the millions of workers hired by Census 2010 to parade around the country counting Americans blew the whistle on some statistical tricks.

The worker, Naomi Cohn, told The Post that she was hired and fired a number of times by Census. Each time she was hired back, it seems, Census was able to report the creation of a new job to the Labor Department.

I have a couple more readers who worked for Census 2010 and have tales to tell. But first, this much we know. Each month Census gives Labor a figure on the number of workers it has hired. That figure goes into the closely followed monthly employment report Labor provides. For the past two months the hiring by Census has made up a good portion of the new jobs. Labor doesn't check the Census hiring figure or whether the jobs are actually new or recycled. It considers a new job to have been created if someone is hired to work at least one hour a month.

I wonder who could have possibly set this up to make the jobs and economy appear better in an election year?

Obama And His Congress Are Getting Nervous

November is getting closer, and it's easy to tell by Washington's sudden supposed turnaround that they're nervous. I wonder how many people are actually buying into Obama and the Dem's latest attempts to improve their ratings?

Does Obama really think that sending 1200 troops to AZ, who may or may not even go to the border, is going to impress anyone? I agree that it's a start, albeit a very poor one. And I strongly suspect it's all for show.

As is his sudden interest (after nearly 6 weeks of devastation) in helping control the oil spill.

And what about his generous offer to meet with Republicans--then his frustration at getting nothing accomplished. Did he think he could schmooze his way through again? Why is he so sure the Repulicans are the ones who are wrong and unbending? Isn't it remotely possible that he's the offending party?

Obama preached and lied to America in order to worm his way into office, then he litterally brain-washed our Congress into his way of thinking. America won't let that happen again. If our congress isn't strong enough to stand up to one self-serving, arrogant, radical dictator, then we don't want them in our government.

All of Obama's big-business money backing won't help now. Let Obama knock himself out spending his 'contributors' money on advertising. America won't be deceived by him a second time.

Obama And His Beloved Dems Have Pass Yet Another Bill Behind America's Back

Obama, then Dems, and a few turncoat Republicans have passed a bill that now has congress in control of 1/3 of America's national economy. Read this article...and remember it in November.

President Barack Obama has taken the United States one more giant step towards socialism by ramming through the Senate his financial regulation bill.

The bill authorizes the secretary of the Treasury — a political appointee —to seize any financial company (bank or nonbank) simply because, in his opinion, it is too big to fail and in danger of insolvency.

This power can be used for political retribution, pressure for campaign funding, or any other abuse bureaucratic whim or partisan politics can conceive. It is a power Fidel Castro or Hugo Chavez would love to have!

The legislation also requires that any business that extends credit, in any form, to clear the loan instrument in advance with the new consumer protection agency. The backlog of pending applications will strangle consumer credit.

And the bill fails to do the one thing it must do — regulate derivatives and make them transparent. Senator Chris Dodd, D-Conn., bowed to pressure from his sponsors on Wall Street and deleted the regulatory provision and set up a commission to study the situation for two years!

Sen. Maria Cantwell, D-Wash., protested the cop-out with a no vote against the legislation.

So how did it pass?

Four Republicans sold out, that´s how!

Among the RINOs were, of course, Susan Collins and Olympia Snow of Maine. But, surprisingly, Scott Brown, R Mass., the newly elected Massachusetts miracle defected as did the normally stalwart Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa.

Now the federal government has effectively taken over about one-third of our national economy by passing Obamacare and regulatory reform in almost the same breath.

Repealing this regulatory travesty must be high on our 2011 agenda!

What's In California's Drinking Water?

I can't believe California is rattling chains, trying to get people involved in boycotting Arizona, or that normally intelligent adults are falling for this. What a crock.

California is a lousy example to say boycott. They're broke because they have so many illegal aliens in their state that they can't keep up with the cost of crimes, medical expenses, lack of tax revenue, and a soaring unemployment rate--all of which are directly attributed to illegals.

California's so overrun with criminals they release them early because they don't have the money to house and feed them. Yet they support their current illegal alien laws? What on earth is in the water they're drinking?

This state deserves to go bankrupt, and if our government lifts a finger to bail them out, The People of the United States need to boycott Washington.

By executive order, President Barack Obama has ordered the expenditure of $20.3 million in "migration assistance" to the Palestinian refugees and "conflict victims" in Gaza.

The "presidential determination", which allows hundreds of thousands of Palestinians with ties to Hamas to resettle in the United States, was signed and appears in the Federal Register.

Few on Capitol Hill, or in the media, took note that the order provides a free ticket replete with housing and food allowances to individuals who have displayed their overwhelming support to the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) in the parliamentary election of January 2006.

Now we learn that he is allowing thousands of Palestinian refuges to move to, and live in, the US at American taxpayer expense.

Swartzenegger After Wrong Bad Guys

Governor Swartzenegger is attacking bills in CA that help the less fortunate rather than confronting the real villian of California's financial woes; illegal aliens.

About half of CA's workforce is made up of illegal aliens who work for less, are paid under the table, and who don't pay taxes. Then there's the outrageous crime rate, the cost of expanding law enforcement, courts, medical expenses, and all that's associated with illegal infiltration. But, instead of addressing the actual problem, Gov S. is avoiding the issue of illegals altogether.

I never figured the Governator for just another self-serving politician.

Get rid of the illegals, Governor, and you'll get rid of CA's deficit.

Is Obama Jet-setting On Our Money?

I just heard on the news that Obama plans to go 'beyond' the media to personally reach the people to sell his Democratic party.

Hmm. I wonder where he's getting the money? How is he paying for his transportation? Is he using the presidential jet? What about security? Who is paying them? He wouldn't dare go anywhere with out them. What about his lodging, meals, phone calls, etc.? Who is paying for those?

And while he's jet-setting around trying to further his own agenda, who is taking care of the problems with our country?

On another note, I'll be anxious to see how everything turns out over the latest upset. Apparently Obama and his cronies offered a big government job to a senator if he dropped out of the race against their candidate. According to the news, the justice department (I think that's the one) is investigating this claim.

And, of course, there's still the issue of his appointment of his 'friend' Kagan to the Supreme Court. Congress is fighting it because of her lack of experience, something Obama knew before he nominated her, but they are concerned there may not be enough votes from the Dems side. What a crock.

No matter the reasons, Obama does not and never has displayed the responsible characteristics of a genuine president.

Turn Up The Volume, Washington

Apparently you aren't hearing us. What on earth makes you think it's okay to spend 600 billion dollars of our money on an energy bill (that's never been openly discussed) without getting our input first?

There's a chance (a small one) that it's an okay plan, but we haven't seen it, we haven't discussed the pros and cons, and we sure can't afford it. We did not give you the power to pass any bill without giving your constituents a chance to voice their opinions.

Nut Jobs?

I learned at a very early age that if you don't have a real argument, you result to name-calling.

That's exactly what the Democrats and Obama are doing. They call the Tea Partiers 'nut jobs' because the Dems can't understand why the Tea Party cares more about the American people than their careers. Politics are everything to the Dems.

Arizona Sheeples

Do the Tucson officials honestly believe that tourists want to come to a state that’s overrun with illegals, thieves and murderers? For goodness sakes. Why would the officials worry about hurting the tourist trade when no one wants to go to a place so unsettled?

Why are they slamming their own governor (I hope she’s taking names) for trying to stop crime? All Tucson is concerned about is Arizona’s pocket books instead of its people.

The governor is trying to regain control of Arizona. Why is Tucson criticizing someone for making the effort while they do nothing? This isn’t about the legal citizens of Arizona. It’s about the illegals--and they are just that illegal. Stop defending them!

Obama has caused this ruckus, with his deceptive comment about a mother taking her child for ice cream could be stopped and told to produce her citizenship papers. WHAT A CROCK. That wouldn’t happen.

Why Is Obama Concerned About The Gulf Coast Cities Now?

Obama didn't even consider the consequences of off-shore drilling when he okayed the plan, the one he swore he wouldn't do during his campaign. Why is he portraying the oh so concerned leader now? And if he was even slightly concerned, why did it take him so long to even look into the matter?

Could it be that this is just another nail in his political coffin, and he's trying to pry it out?

Arizona Gets Two Thumbs Up!

Personally, I don't fault anyone for wanting a better life. But there
are rules we have to follow. Illegal aliens can't simply invade our country, take our jobs, use our health care, destroy our economy, use our welfare and social security systems, then expect us not to respond with anger.

If illegal aliens want the American lifestyle they can have it, but
they must become legal citizens first, work for their goals, and pay
their taxes. There needs to be at least a two (2) year minimum time
limit for any new alien/citizens to work and pay into the system
before becoming eligible for any benefits, except in the case of an
emergency.

A child should not automatically become an American citizen just
because its illegal parents sneaked across our borders to give birth
in this country. At least one of their parents needs to be an American
citizen for that child to be considered such.

As for those who don't want to put forth the effort to become American citizens, or who don't want to give up their former nationality, they have two choices; go home or go to prison.

Arizona is making an effort to control this horrendous invasion of our
borders and destruction of our economy (which by any other country
would be considered an act of war). Arizona's bold attempt is far
more than our own government has done. Politicians are too concerned about alienating voters than protecting our country.

I say give a big 'thumbs up' to Arizona.

Vote Out Incumbents

No matter how good an incumbent seems to be, the fact is, they let us down when it counted most, with bailouts, outrageous spending, and ludicrous bills. They don't deserve another chance. Besides,they'll be paid very well for the rest of their lives--for a short time in office.

I've been pouring over my voter's pamphlet for the last two days. I refuse to vote in another incumbent. In fact, there are a few candidates that have been senators, reps, etc. I won't vote them in either. Apparently they did nothing to stop the bureaucratic bull in Washington. Also, in my pamphlet, there's one seat that has no candidates at all. I'll write in my own name rather than vote for an incumbent.

I have been leaning toward Doctors and lawyers who, until now, have not been involved in politics. Maybe they're getting involved because of the direction the country is headed. And, I'm fairly sure most doctors do not want health care reform that will cost us more than 4 generations can repay, and they could possibly help us repeal that awful bill.

At least, that's my take.

Is HC Reform Being Sidetracked?

So many issues have come up since America's show of defiance against HC reform. Most of these issues have been around for a very long time. Why are they suddenly being pushed to the front?

Could it be to take America's focus off of the Health Care Reform bill that no one wants, or the voter's determination to elect a whole new congress?

Is it political diversion?

It's true that all of the issues are important, especially anything that will wring money out of nearly empty pockets, but the most important of all is that our elected officials are ignoring the voice of THE PEOPLE. We won't stand for that, and we won't be sidetracked.

Our congressmen and senators were elected by us to speak for us. If they can't do that, they don't belong in our government.

Our Country Is Being Invaded

I'm wondering why we're being so politically correct and upholding human rights when the USA is being invaded by another country. Don't get me wrong. I have nothing against legal Hispanics, in fact, some of my grandchildren are part Hispanic, but I do have something against another country invading our borders. If the people of Mexico or any other country want to come to America that's fine. But they must go through the proper channels like everyone else.

Obama is so upset because Arizona is trying to do something about those illegally entering America (potential voters?) that he's completely igonoring the fact that these people are committing an ACT OF WAR. They are invading our country.

Arizona is simply trying to stop them.

Why Is This Even Being Considered?

Why would congress, the people we elected to speak for us, even allow this bill on the table?

The purpose of HR 4173 The Wall Street Reform and Consumor Protection Act is not reform or protection. It would grant the president, the FDIC and the Securities and Exchange Commission total control over our banks WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF CONGRESS. It gives the Executive branch the right to determine which banks should declare bankrupcy and which banks they choose to bailout. In other words Obama would have TOTAL control over our monetary system. Does this not amount to dictatorship? They will easily be able to "protect" us out of all we own.

Several weeks ago I was discussing bankrupt banks with a representative of Wells Fargo Bank and he told me that the insider scuttlebut was that Wells Fargo would soon be one of only 3 banks left in the world. WORLD BANKS.......We would all be on an international monetary system like the EURO. Total control. Total international control?

Obama is trying to impose restrictions on Wall Street. Why? What have they done?

And he's still hasn't taken the idea of a VAT tax off the table. Doesn't he realize a VAT tax will only make things worse unless he cancels all other taxes? But, of course, that's never mentioned. He just wants to keep taxing and taxing and taxing.

I couldn't believe my ears when I heard Fox News reporting on Obama's opinion of the Tea Party. Obama said he was amused.

Amused? What unbelievable arrogance. Because We The People want less government, no more costly bailouts, no more wild government spending, no more bankrupting debt, reasonable taxes, a stable economy, and jobs, our self-serving, condescending leader thinks we're amusing.

I wonder if he'll still think it's funny after November, when we unseat 'his' congress and petition 'our' congress to impeach him.

No Amnesty For Illegal Aliens

I don't fault anyone for wanting a better life. But there are rules we have to follow to achieve this. If an illegal alien wants to live and work in this country, they have to go through the legal process of becoming American citizens. They can't simply cross our borders, take our jobs, use our health care, destroy our economy, use our welfare or social security system, then expect us to give then amnesty.

If they want these things they can have them, but, like the rest of us, they have to work for them. Aliens must become legal citizens, work for their goals, and pay their taxes. There needs to be a two (2) year minimum time limit for new alien/citizens to work and pay into the system before becoming eligible for any benefits, except in the case of an emergency.

A child should not automatically become an American citizen just because their illegal parents crossed our borders to give birth to them in this country. At least one of their parents needs to be an American citizen for the child to be considered such.

As for those who don't want to put forth the effort to become American citizens, they have two choices; go home or go to prison. NO AMNESTY!

Muslims Exempt From Health Care Reform?

The way the congress and other merciless individuals have complained about Christian beliefs in this country, I thought religion now took a 'back seat', yet in the HC bill: HR 3590, pages 273-274 it states that muslim, amish and certain other religions are exempt from this plan.

Hmm. Let me see. If you're a member of congress, you know how lousy this bill is, so you're exempt. If your a muslim, you're exempt. If you're amish or any other religion that doesn't believe in health care, you're exempt. So they're telling us it's only certain religions who are forced to suffer the consequences of this bill. Is that right?

Why is congress allowing with this? Do they really expect any of us to vote for them again...EVER?

And why has this been kept out of the news? Do I see Obama and/or congress' hand in silencing the media?

I think it's time to start doing a little exempting of our own. Maybe we should start with 'exempting' Obama from the office of President.

Why Do Some Still Believe?

Since Obama took office, we’ve seen excessive government spending, freed terrorists, millions of jobless Americans, a collapsing economy, government-run health care, land-grab, dwindling national defenses, insulted allies, and now a push for a VAT tax. Yet some of the people still believe in him. Why?

Then it hit me. Obama has the scary and eerily common traits of some very infamous individuals; Adolf Hitler, Jim Jones, Charles Manson, and David Koresh.

Obama obviously has a knack for turning otherwise intelligent people into...sheeple.

Red-neck Racists? Really?

I think it's almost funny that the current congress is calling Tea Party members Red-Neck Racists. That is so far from the truth. We don't give a fig about color. And we don't necessarily want to vote for any particular party. We just want men and women in congress who are FOR THE PEOPLE and willing to LISTEN TO THE PEOPLE.

Because we don't agree with the current administrations approach to our problems, the over spending of our money, health care reform, amnesty, outrageous taxes, and the way they're allowing our national defenses to dwindle, they have resorted to name-calling--which means they have no defense at all, so they try 'distraction' tactics.

Then they wonder why we want to replace them.

Obama, The Magician

Obama is like a magician. While people are watching one of his hands, the other is doing something completely different.

For instance, while we're focusing on health care and congress, he's trying to sneak through a land-grab, he's insulting and angering our allies, he may be trying to sneak through an internet control bill, he's releasing terrorists prisoners who are rejoining the Taliban, he's downsizing our defenses at an alarming rate, he may be trying to push through a major VAT tax, and on and on.

We absolutely need to focus on repealing the health care bill and replacing the current congress, but we have to keep an eye on Obama's other hand, too.

Don't let him destroy our country before we can replace him along with 'his' congress.
