According to articles in Newsmax, he is. During the health care vote, he told the congress not to watch the news or go onto the internet. Why? Because he didn't want the PEOPLE confusing the congress with their VOICE. Apparently that was the reason for the 'closed door' vote. It's hard to maintain total mind-control with outside interference.
Now it looks as if he might want to silence or at least control the internet. Here's a link that explains it a little better.
