I have done extensive study on this (and I am also an attorney) and I can tell you that the Federal Income Tax is ILLEGAL. No one has been willing to take on the big IRS machine but if you google the subject "income tax is illegal" you will find a wealth of information on how the Sheeples have been convinced to comply with a law that is JUST as illegal as the HC bill they are proposing.
